Before you come in.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during business hours, Monday through Saturday. We're closed on Sundays.
Is there a fee for an evaluation?
No. Every evaluation is free and private, and you're never under pressure to accept an offer.
I inherited a jewelry box and don't know what's in it. Should I sort it first?
No. Please don't clean or separate anything. Bring it as it is and we'll go through it with you.
Do you buy broken gold?
Yes. Broken chains, single earrings and damaged rings are all welcome.
What should I bring?
The items you're considering selling and a valid government-issued photo ID. Boxes, papers, receipts and grading reports help but aren't required.
When do I get paid?
If you accept an offer, you're paid the same day.
