This website gives general information about our business and the items we buy. Nothing on it is an offer to buy a particular item, a price quote or an appraisal.
Evaluations and offers
Evaluations take place in person at our store. They are free, and you are never obligated to sell. Our offers depend on an in-person evaluation of each item and on current market conditions, including precious-metal prices, which change daily. Any price, estimate or market information on this website, or given by phone, text or email, is general information only and is not a binding offer. We may decline to buy any item.
Selling to us
To sell to us, you must be at least 18 years old, present a valid government-issued photo ID (the only document you need to bring), own the items or be legally authorized to sell them, and give us accurate information. As part of each purchase we also record your phone number and take a digital fingerprint. We complete each purchase in line with Florida law, including its record-keeping requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy. If we believe an item may be stolen, we may decline the purchase and contact law enforcement.
Payment
When you accept our offer and the purchase is completed, we pay you the same day, subject to any procedures required by law.
Communications
If you contact us, we may call or text you about your inquiry or sale. We do not send promotional messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your contact details, including how to stop text messages.
Website content
The text, photographs, logo and other content on this website belong to Covenant or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Customer reviews reflect individual experiences.
